THE JOURNEY
With every creation,
a new horizon.
In January 2026, we released our first app, Calc+. From there, I moved on to creativity, fandom, habits, family, health, and qualification studies. In addition to increasing the number of apps, we have gradually developed the shape of Nichful by changing the way we create and the quality of our apps.
Here, we record not only the release of an app, but also the transformation of development methods, external evaluation, and the creation of a brand, along with the date.

2026.01—02
First, deliver it by hand.
Started activities as LumoLabI bought a Mac and started developing iPhone apps as a side job.
First work Calc+ releasedWe took our first step with a photo/video storage app that looks like a calculator.
Rethinking development methods with AIWe switched to operation that clarified the target of correction and the scope of change, reducing degradation.
Released 2nd work Maker's Note.Initially, it was released as a simple app for calculating costs and profits from the materials used in a work.
Third work MyFanClub releasedWe have expanded our scope to support management that connects expenses, goods, schedules, maps, and diaries.

Then, change how it is made.
Development centered on Claude CoworkAfter using AI support with VS Code, we transitioned to a style that progresses design, implementation, and improvement all at once.
Maker's Note v2.0.0 releasedFirst major update. Equipped with over 50 functions such as order, customer, inventory, event register, notification, etc., it has evolved into the world's highest level handmade management app.
4th work Stral releasedWith the theme of creating a habit that you can return to even after interruptions, we have also made it compatible with Apple Watch and HealthKit.
5th work WordWolfParty releasedWe also utilized AI to create question content and released a multilingual game that can be played offline.
Released the 6th HomeBoardWe have developed it into a daily life tool for sharing family schedules, transportation, medication, and housework.
Completed and applied for the 7th PMP Exam PrepThe production process of 1,440 questions, which would normally take more than half a year, was completed in just two weeks by a multi-team structure for app development, problem creation, and sales strategy.
2026.05—06
From solo development to a growing practice.
PMP Exam Prep released World's firstCompatible with PMBOK 8th edition and ECO 2026, it was delivered to the App Store for the first time in the world, and became the starting point of the qualification learning series.
Maker's Note, second major updatev3.0.0 enhances work notes and iPad experience. In the subsequent v3.2.0, in addition to iPhone's on-device AI, it also supports collaboration with ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude.
Released the 8th app, CCA Foundations (now aligned with CCAR-F). World's firstWe supported the exam then known as CCA-F with the first native-language exam-prep app of its kind.
MVP at AWS-sponsored AI-driven development workshopI participated in team development as a PM and applied the AI utilization I had honed through personal development to organizational practice.
Became an AX leader in my main jobI began to expand my experience in AI-driven development to organizational transformation and team building.
Released the 9th work AIP-C01 First in JapanWe are the first Japanese problem collection app in Japan to support the Professional certification that handles AWS generated AI, Bedrock, and RAG.
Disseminating AI-driven development guidelines for organizationsWe have organized the methods that we have accumulated individually into knowledge that can be used safely by multiple people.
10th work AB-900 released. First in JapanWe are the first Japanese exam-prep app in Japan to support the new certification of Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI agent management.
Released the 11th product, AI-300. First in JapanWe are the first Japanese problem collection app in Japan to support the new certification for Azure MLOps and GenAIOps.
Released the 12th product GH-300. First in JapanWe are the first Japanese exam-prep app in Japan to support the new exam scope covering GitHub Copilot and developer experience.
Released the 13th product GH-900 First in JapanWe are the first Japanese problem collection app in Japan to support the GitHub Foundations introductory qualification.

Giving the journey a name: Nichful.
From LumoLab to NichfulWe have officially launched nichful.com, which incorporates the idea of ``carefully satisfying small and deep problems'' into our name.
Speech at an AWS event with approximately 500 peopleWe shared our AI-driven development practice and the experience of delivering 14 apps as an independent developer.
Establishing a system to trace production activitiesBy connecting daily, monthly, design, and actual results, we have made it possible to record not only what was made, but also the process of making it.
Claude certification expands to four exams; 15th app CCDV-F completedWe responded to the CCA-F to CCAR-F code change and the new Associate, Developer, and Architect role structure, then submitted a new CCDV-F exam-prep app for developers building Claude applications.
Completed and submitted the 16th app, CCAO-F Exam Prep World's firstWe developed the world's first dedicated iOS exam-prep app for Claude Certified Associate – Foundations (CCAO-F), then submitted it to the App Store.
Completed the 17th app, CCAR-P Exam Prep World's firstWe developed the world's first dedicated iOS exam-prep app for CCAR-P, covering production architecture, integration, evaluation, and operations for Claude systems.
All four Claude certification prep apps reached the App StoreCCAR-F, CCDV-F, CCAO-F, and CCAR-P are now all available, completing a role-based lineup for the four Claude certification exams.
