Privacy Policy

Nichful is a small iPhone app brand that supports daily life, learning, creation, health, and fandom. In principle, important records handled by the app are stored on the user's device or in the user's own iCloud. This page explains the data handling practices of Nichful's apps and websites.

We collect no more than necessary, and keep data on your device whenever possible.

Nichful's basic policy is to handle user activity records as much as possible on the user's own device and within the mechanisms provided by Apple. We do not track app usage information for the purpose of providing third party advertisements.

Does not require own serverWorks, study history, family schedules, habits, health records, etc. are mainly handled on the device or in iCloud/CloudKit.
Use privileges only for functionalityContacts, photos, notifications, health, etc. will be used to provide that functionality if you allow it.
Payment information is processed by AppleIn-app purchases and purchase history processing is done through the App Store/StoreKit, and Nichful does not obtain credit card numbers.
Use your voice to improveThe information sent through the feedback box and inquiries will be used for bug investigation, replies, and functional improvements.

1. Data handled in our apps

As a general rule, data entered or created by users in each Nichful app is stored on the user's device or in iCloud/CloudKit linked to the user's Apple ID. Nichful does not operate its own servers for viewing these in-app data.

Creation/sales management Maker's Note handles works, materials, costs, sales, orders, customers, activity diaries, and reports. These are stored on your device or within your iCloud synchronization scope.
qualification learning Exam-prep apps for PMP, Anthropic, AWS, and Microsoft certifications handle study history, answers, progress, and settings. Question practice is designed to work fully offline.
Family/Schedule management HomeBoard handles information about plans, notes, routines, wishes, and family sharing. Sharing uses the iCloud/CloudKit mechanism.
health/habits Stral and PhysiqueNote may handle habits, body composition, photos, healthcare collaboration data, etc. HealthKit data will be used for corresponding functions based on user permission.
Photos, videos, fandoms Calc+, MyFanClub, PhysiqueNote, etc. may handle photos and videos. Data saved within the app is managed within the device or within the range of iCloud synchronization.

However, content voluntarily submitted by users through the Suggestion Box or inquiries, App Store purchase processing, and statistical information regarding usage of apps and websites will be handled in accordance with the following items.

2. Permissions and Apple integrations

Apps may utilize iOS permissions to provide functionality. Users can choose to allow or deny permissions, and can change them at any time from iOS settings.

  • iCloud / CloudKit: Used for synchronization between devices, family sharing, handover when changing models, etc.
  • HealthKit / Health: Stral and PhysiqueNote read or write only the data types the user permits. No HealthKit data is sent to developer servers.
  • Contacts: Maker's Note may use contact information selected by the user to help enter customer details.
  • Photos / Camera: Used for photos and videos selected by the user, including works, activity records, physique records, fandom records, and Calc+ storage.
  • Notice: It is used to inform you of deadlines, schedules, habits, forgotten records, etc.
  • Calendar / Maps: Used only where needed for supported features such as adding plans, recording venues, and reviewing locations.
  • StoreKit / App Store: Used for in-app purchases, confirmation of purchase status, and restoration. Payment information is processed by Apple.

3. Feedback and support requests

Some Nichful apps have a "suggestion box" where you can anonymously submit feature requests and bug reports. Additionally, if the user voluntarily enters contact information such as an email address, the information will be used for replying and confirming details.

  • The information sent will be used for bug investigation, functional improvement, and user support.
  • If you send anonymously, Nichful may not be able to reply to you individually.
  • Submissions do not need to contain personal or sensitive information. Please send with the minimum necessary content.
  • We may retain your submitted information for a certain period of time to the extent necessary to respond to your inquiry.

4. App usage and website analytics

Nichful's app does not automatically send the learning history, work information, health records, photos, schedules, activity records, etc. saved within the app to the developer server for access analysis or advertisement distribution. At this time, Nichful is not designed to collect detailed operation history within the app using an external access analysis SDK or crash analysis SDK.

However, statistical information such as the number of downloads, number of crashes, usage trends, etc. may be provided by Apple through App Store Connect, etc. These are used to improve the quality of the app, check compatibility, and improve the quality of support. Additionally, content voluntarily submitted by users through the "Suggestion Box" or inquiries will be handled within the scope of Chapter 3.

  • Individual learning content, recorded content, photos, and HealthKit data saved within the app will not be sent externally for analysis purposes.
  • If we introduce an external analysis SDK or crash analysis service in the future, we will clearly indicate the purpose of use, the information to be obtained, and the name of the third-party service on this page.
  • App permissions and iCloud sync can be managed by users from iOS settings.

The website is distributed using Cloudflare Pages/Cloudflare DNS. Cloudflare may process technical information about your visit to maintain the delivery, security, and performance of the Site. In addition, we may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand trends such as the number of website views, referrers, countries/regions, and browsers used.

  • Cloudflare Web Analytics is used for access analysis that does not use client-side state such as cookies or localStorage.
  • The analysis results will be used to improve pages, check display speed, understand search traffic, and improve support quality.
  • On the Nichful official website, access analysis for the entire site is based on Cloudflare Web Analytics.
  • Analysis may be restricted or disabled using browser settings, content blockers, etc.

5. External services and third-party disclosure

Nichful does not sell or share your in-app data to serve third party advertising. However, the following services may process data depending on the role of each service.

Apple We may utilize standard iOS and App Store features such as iCloud/CloudKit, HealthKit, StoreKit, App Store, Notifications, Photos, Contacts, Calendar, and App Store Connect statistics.
Cloudflare It is used for website distribution, DNS, security, performance maintenance, and access analysis as necessary.
App Store link etc. The privacy policy of each service applies to external links.

6. Managing and deleting data

  • In-app data may be deleted by using the in-app deletion function, iOS settings, or deleting the app.
  • If you use iCloud sync, multiple devices with the same Apple ID and data on iCloud may also be affected.
  • HealthKit data can be managed from Apple's Health app or iOS Settings.
  • You can change permissions for photos, contacts, notifications, etc. at any time from iOS settings.
  • If you would like to delete or confirm the content you sent in the inquiry or comment box, please contact us through the support desk, along with the information at the time of submission. When sending anonymously, it may not be possible to identify the recipient.

7. Children's privacy

Nichful's app is not intended to intentionally collect personal information from children. When entering schedules and notes regarding your child in family apps, please do so under the discretion and supervision of your parents.

8. Changes to this policy

This policy may be revised in response to additions to app functions, changes in services used, and changes in laws and platform requirements. If we make any material changes, we will update the updated date on this page and, where appropriate, notify you within the app or on our website.
